Teresa and Yuri, both chefs with a love for pizza and cooking with fire, dreamed of owning their own business one day.
When COVID happened and all their work was canceled, the support from family turned their dreams into reality, and Birchwood Pizza was born.
This has ignited so much passion within the two of them, and so much love is poured into every event they are part of.

Yuri makes the finest dough using Caputo flour to produce a thin and crispy base, 48-hour proved, and 65 percent moisture.
Our sauce is simple; we use the finest San Marzano Italian tomatoes before topping each pizza with our delicious gourmet ingredients.

Our oven is jam-packed with the highest quality kiln-dried Latvian birchwood, maintained at 400 degrees to give you the finest Artisan wood-fired pizza experience alfresco style.
